Mandarin name tags of awesomeness

Ni hao,
HNI has been getting mandarin lessons from our Laoshi (Teacher) tracy. We have learnt our names, animal year, how to ask and answer questions and how to say good morning, afternoon and evening. But the thing I want to talk about is our mandarin name tags made out of card. We had lots of colours to choose from such as Lan se, Luse, Huangse, Chenzi and Hong (Blue, Green, Yellow, Orange and Red) and I picked Lan se or blue. Then we folded it into 3 even lines and on one side we wrote down our mandarin names and symbols on and to give it the chinese look I drawed a panda bear. Next on the opposite side we wrote our english names and just to make it fit in I drawed a polar bear. Last you'd sellotape it together to make what looks like a tent and there you go you've made your own Mandarin name tag, great job!

My name in mandarin is Laola,
and this is something that DEFINITELY think you should make this yourself at home or at school if your teacher lets you, it's really easy to make and looks really styley to put on you deck shelf ANYWHERE it's yours and after all it has your name on it.
